Commercial Electrical

Commercial & Tenant Improvements

OHMEGA Electric performs electrical construction on commercial projects across Utah — from new builds and tenant improvements to panel upgrades and backup power systems.

New Commercial Construction

Electrical construction from ground up on office buildings, retail centers, restaurants, and mixed-use developments. We work from permit drawings through final inspection, coordinating with the general contractor and other trades throughout the project.

Tenant Improvements

Electrical scope for tenant build-outs and interior renovations: panel work, branch circuits, lighting, and coordination with the building's existing electrical infrastructure.

Commercial Renovations & Remodels

Electrical work on occupied and partially occupied commercial buildings. Scope is planned around existing layouts, active systems, and construction sequencing to keep the building operational through the project.

Retail & Restaurant

Electrical for retail stores, restaurants, and food service facilities. Includes equipment connections, lighting, signage circuits, and coordination with kitchen equipment suppliers and finish contractors.

Panel & Service Upgrades

Service entrance upgrades, panel replacements, and distribution work for existing commercial buildings. We assess the existing system, plan the upgrade, and coordinate the utility work.

Lighting & Controls

Interior and exterior lighting installation, lighting control systems, and energy-efficient lighting upgrades for commercial facilities. Includes fixture installation, switching, and dimming controls.

Generators & Backup Power

Generator installation, automatic transfer switch work, and backup power systems for commercial facilities. Includes coordination with generator suppliers and utility interconnection requirements.
